Our History
We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit community development corporation founded in 1976 with the purpose of supporting housing and community needs in rural South Carolina.
Our focus is providing affordable rental and homeownership opportunities; educating and empowering residents through our housing counseling program; creating economic and job opportunities through our Sustainable Warehouse and financial management programs; and increasing the stock of affordable housing through rehabilitation and renovation of existing housing stock.
